Inkspot

Inkspot has a tightly woven structure and the perfect balance between four varietals of grapes: Pinotage, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. On the nose, there will be strawberries and plums with a hint of spices and smokiness due to barrel fermentation. The soft ripe tannins and red fruit flavors evolve into a well-rounded finish.

Enjoy with rosemary marinated lamb shank and parmesan infused cauliflower mash, or an interesting meat and cheese platter with fig preserve.
