A Lynchpin - relates to the cornerstone that holds the various elements of a complicated structure together. This is an elegant blend of Cabernet Franc, a rich Merlot and some Cabernet Sauvignon. It provides an explosion of blackberries and dark cherries, supported by well-integrated French Oak.
This wine’s characteristics are accentuated especially when paired with beef or ostrich fillet covered in a rich truffle sauce, lamb tagine and creamy polenta, as well as vegetarian lasagna.
