TASTING NOTE
This wine has a deep ruby red colour, with elegant and concentrated aromas of plums, honey-bush and hints of cigar box on the nose. Rich flavors of prune follow through on the palate, supported by fruits and traces of candy floss found on the nose. This wine is well supported with soft integrated tannins that leads to an elegant and smooth finish.
FOOD PAIRING
The Pinotage goes well with slow-roasted pork belly, homemade, peppery steak and kidney pie with crispy roast potatoes, or a quiche loaded with lots of creamy blue cheese.
